Before I go shopping, perhaps you should share with me what you bought. It might be a little odd if we show up as Twinkies. (Whether clothed or not.)

I totally agree with and understand everything you wrote. Only to add to that, I have the short issue. Haven’t you heard? Every woman who weighs over 150lbs is 5’5″ or taller.

@Amelia-Thanks for the tip. I bought capris from Old Navy so we’ll see how they work out. I may have to scope out Catherine’s (ugh) or Avenue for backup just in case.

Old Navy is pretty good, but be warned that they keep their plus size cuts similar to regular, and while the waist may be wider, sometimes they come in quite a bit at the knees. I always had issues with my calves.

I have a wide selection of bricks & mortar living in the big city with the gigantic mall, but I still struggle. I would kill for the choices that some other smaller women have.

I wish you luck, and I’m really looking forward to meeting you at BlogHer, even if you aren’t wearing any pants.
